The Parent Portal is a convenient, online tool for parents of new and current Club Members of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley (BGCTNV).
Enroll
Interested in attending BGCTNV? Online enrollment is easy. Steps to create a new account are below.
Renew
Current Club members can renew their membership online in a few simple steps.
Update
Keep your contact data up-to-date by making any changes in the Parent Portal.
Pay
You can check your balance and make payments through the Parent Portal.
Next Steps:
Report to the Club location that you have picked for your child/ren. Our staff will discuss the summary of licensing requirements, the Parent Handbook, and the parent letter regarding child abuse. You will have the option to take an on-site tour of the Club to see the facility and review the program policies and procedures prior to enrolling your child/ren. You will sign the member applications and complete a payment agreement form at this time.
Steps to create a Parent Portal Account:
- Click the button below to visit the Parent Portal to get started.
- Click the NEW USER button
- Follow the directions to complete the account setup
- Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your SPAM/Junk folder)
Steps to create a Profile for your child/ren:
- Under the PROFILE tab, select ADD NEW MEMBER
- Follow the instructions to fill out the profile/s
- IMPORTANT: This step should be completed before enrolling in services.
Steps to enroll in Services:
- Under the ENROLL tab, select the child you would like to enroll and the Club location
- Current Club members can be enrolled in one of two types of services.
- Annual Club Membership
- Active Duty Military
- Availability for new Club members is based on capacity
