When the final bell for summer break rings, it’s not always a sound of joy. For many of our area’s youth, it’s the sound of uncertainty.
How will they receive essential resources like breakfast and lunch? Will they have a safe space to stay during the day when school’s out? Who will mentor them on their educational journey? Will there be someone to help build character and citizenship?
Thanks to your generous donations, our Summer Programs at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley provide an answer to these questions for more than 1,400 area youth each day while school is out.
