Meet Audie

“The Club is a really safe place to be,” explains 11 year-old Audie, a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley – Loudon County Club. “The staff always make sure that everyone is nice to each other and that we all treat each other with respect. We’re like a big family here and I look forward to coming to the Club every day.

I love playing in the gym with my friends. We like climbing the rock wall, playing tag, and playing kickball. The staff encourage us to play by the rules and invite everyone to play, because some people can be shy and may not jump right in. I’ve found that inviting someone to play makes them happy.”
