Meet Easton

“Miss Paige is so nice,” says 8-year-old Easton, a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of Blount County. “She always takes the time to listen to me and is just so kind. She is always happy and makes the Club feel like a home. There’s always so many activities to choose from at the Club and I like that I get to decide what I want to participate in. Most of the time my first choice is Tech Lab, because it’s really fun. But if I have homework that’s hard, I’ll ask to go to the Education room for Power Hour, so that the staff can help me with my homework.”

When Easton was asked what he would wish for if he was granted one wish for the world during the holiday season, he thought for a few moments and then said “I would wish for everyone in the world to be nice to each other and not mean. I would also wish that everyone was allowed to participate in any activity that they want, no matter how good or bad they are at that activity.”
