Meet Ty’rissa
“When I come to the Club, I like to play with my friends,” says 6 year-old Ty’rissa, a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley – DeBusk Family Club. “Our favorite thing to do is to play blocks. We like to build block houses that have really nice living rooms and super pretty kitchens!
The Club also has really good food! When I get to the Club after school, I’m usually pretty hungry, so it’s nice that we get dinner. I get really excited when I see that we’re going to have chicken for dinner – that chicken is so delicious!”
