Provide a world-class Club Experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who enters our doors, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.
Board Governance
To achieve our mission and vision we must develop a board with fiduciaries who strategically steer BGCTNV towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure the organization has adequate resources to advance its mission.
Philanthropy
To ensure we deliver on and sustain our mission, we must secure the necessary funding from individuals, corporations, government, and grants and work toward securing our future through a larger endowment and planned giving.
Operating for Impact
To ensure optimal impact, maximum transparency, and the highest public trust, BGCTNV must assess and publicize the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of our program and service model to include capacity utilization, cost per child, and outcomes for kids. Part of this involves our plans with Knoxville Preparatory School.
