The Junior Staff program assists Club members by allowing them to participate in career development activities, discovering the importance of community service, and building customer service skills. The program develops Club members’ interpersonal skills, work ethic, and sense of community responsibility by providing them with an internship at their Club, where they assist staff members with a variety of jobs throughout the Club.
“I love being a part of the Junior Staff program because I enjoy helping people and it allows me to take on responsibilities throughout the Club, such as distributing the walkie talkies to staff and helping the younger members with homework. I enjoy serving as a role model to the younger kids at the Club.”
