DeBusk Family Club – Youth of the Month – September

“I love playing games on the computer,” says 6 year-old Bowen, a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley – DeBusk Family Club. “I’ve been coming to the Club since Kindergarten and I’ve made lots of good friends.

The Club has taught me to be really nice and be a good friend. When I see someone drop something, I always pick it up for them. But I think the most important thing is to be nice to everyone. If I see someone sitting alone, I go over and ask them to play with me. No one should ever feel alone and sad.”
