“Reading is pretty fun,” says 5 year-old Madison, a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley – DeBusk Family Club. “I think my favorite books to read are Dr. Seuss books. When I read them I giggle a lot, because they’re so funny!

Miss Carrie helps me with my homework and also helps me with my reading. She makes the Club really fun by just being my friend and always having a nice smile. She tells me that I’m smart and that I can be anything I want to be, so I know I’ll grow up to be good at lots of things!”
