The YouthForce program has been selected by Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) to receive funding to establish and run a “BGCA College and Career Center powered by The Hartford”. The Hartford has partnered with BGCA to develop College and Career Centers (CCCs) in Clubhouses across the country. The vision of the CCCs is for Clubsites to have facility-based resource centers in the community that are informing, motivating, and equipping teens for success along their college and career pathways. It is an honor to receive this funding, being 1 of 10 Clubsites selected.

College and Career Centers Will Help Youth Prepare for Great Futures
As the Founding Partner of Workforce Development, The Hartford will play an integral role in giving Club youth access to experiences and resources to get them ready for what happens after graduation. The development and implementation of 30 College & Career Centers, powered by The Hartford, will provide trained staff members and a unique space for Club kids to explore careers, and gain knowledge and experience to propel them into the next phase of their lives, whether it is college or the working world. Additionally, the College & Career Expo, presented by The Hartford at the Keystone Conference, will personally touch 2,500 motivated, energetic young people with invaluable insights as they look towards their futures.
