Meet Kade
“The basketball court at the Club is the best and I think it’s fantastic that our Club is located in the Clinton Community Center,” exclaims 10 year-old Kade, a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley – Clinton Elementary Club. “It’s so much fun to hang out with my friends in the gym and practice our basketball skills.
When I grow up, my dream is to play college basketball at the University of Tennessee. Then, with hard work, I hope to play in the NBA. The time that I get to practice at the Club is really helping me perfect my game and the Club staff are always cheering me on and encouraging me to dream big. I would love to play for the Memphis Grizzlies! They’re my favorite team!”
