Knox County Youth of the Month – April 2023

Meet Kayden

Kayden, a member of our Haslam Family Club, has been very active in our Youth Arts Initiative (YAI) program and has appeared in several productions with the YAI program, including Aladdin, Frozen, and is currently preparing for our upcoming Arts Festival event. Kayden developed a love of acting while participating in YAI and recently had the opportunity to audition for a TV production company. We are thrilled to announce that Kayden just received his very first professional acting role! He will be portraying a character in the upcoming series Fatal Attraction, a television adaptation of the 1987 movie by the same name and set to premiere on Paramount + on April 30.

“Mr. Josh has taught me so much about acting and he tells me that I’m really good and that I have a great singing voice. I wasn’t too nervous at my audition, because I’d done auditions before at the Club. I also never really get too nervous when I perform in front of an audience because Mr. Josh always tells us to be confident, which has helped me a lot.”
