The Pipeline Program aims to increase the number of youth from disadvantaged backgrounds who complete high school and enroll in postsecondary programs related to the healthcare industry. The program provides participants with academic advising, career exploration, tutoring, college tours, STEM career camps, and assistance with financial aid, college entrance exams, and college application completion and fees.

PipeLine offers the following services:
