Below are the steps to getting started with your pre-onboarding. Just choose your job type to get started.

All staff who will work directly with youth:
  1. Create an account on our training platform
  2. Complete ALL sections of the training course
    • **You will be paid for training time on your first paycheck
  3. Email hr@bgctnv.org when you have completed your training
  4. Explore the BGCTNV 101 section to learn more about the organization
