Meet Jed

“I really like learning things at the Club,” says 7-year-old Jed, a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of Claiborne County. “We get to conduct fun science experiments and learn about different things related to science. When I grow up, I would like to work for NASA and be an astronaut. I enjoy learning about the galaxy, and I like to look at planets using my telescope at home. It’s really interesting.”

When Jed was asked what he would wish for if he was granted one wish for the world during the holiday season, he thought for a few moments and said “I would wish for every person who is homeless to be given a place to live, some warm food, and for everyone to just be nice.”
