Meet Aubrey

“What’s my favorite thing about the Club? EVERYTHING!” exclaims 8-year-old Aubrey, a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of Blount County. “I’m telling you that everything here at the Club is the best. We have a games room, a gym, a room to do our homework, and a nice cafeteria where we get meals and snacks. The food they give to us is super yummy!

Everybody at the Club is also super sweet. I was pretty nervous when I moved to a new place and started coming to this Club. Even though I went to the Middlebrook Club before coming to the Alcoa Club, I was still nervous. I should have known everyone would be nice at this Club, just like they were nice at the Middlebrook Club. I have lots of friends now and I’m settling into my new house and school.”
