Meet Ri’Ana

“I just started attending the Club this August,” explains 9 year-old Ri’Ana, a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley – Loudon County Club. “The staff are always so kind, they made me feel very comfortable from the first day I started attending the Club. I’ve made lots of friends here and we always have a great time.

My favorite thing to do at the Club is to participate in the Cooking Club! I’ve learned so much about cooking, such as how to cut properly and safely with a knife, healthy food choices, and lots more. We made some healthy from scratch French fries and a delicious tortilla fruit rollup – it is so much fun to cook!”
